Jandernoa Entrepreneurial Mentoring (JEM) is a program for established CEO’s and presidents of companies with revenues of $1 million or more, looking to grow their businesses. JEM carefully matches these individuals with mentors who are proven business leaders (former or current) of multi-million dollar organizations. The program is a three-year commitment where each pair meets monthly. JEM also holds one-to-two group meetings a month that include speakers on various business topics, high-level group discussions and networking events. JEM's mission is to deliver quality mentoring to strengthen and enhance West Michigan's business leaders. Currently there are 86 individuals within the JEM program. These individuals are made up of mentors, mentees, and ambassadors. “JEM has been excellent. The whole experience forces you to take the time to evaluate your company and become more intentional about your future,” – Wayne Visbeen (mentee)
