The Firm was established in March 2009. The founding partners were James P. Monteiro and ShirlenaYogeswaran. John Skelchy joined the partnership in May 2009. The Firm was initially set up as a boutique litigation and dispute resolution practice and fast gained a reputation for its holistic, hands-on and commercially focused approach and solutions. Over time the Firm broadened its portfolio to include non-dispute advisory services in the energy and property development sector. In 2010, Our Firm was formally associated with the Parlex Group of Lawyers thereby enhancing the reach of the Firm beyond the shores of Malaysia. Besides the represented countries within the Parlex Group, the Firm continues to receive instructions from other jurisdictions including South Africa, Singapore, Japan and Australia. Our combined experience in advising on highly complex matters has enabled us to advise and act for a diverse range of clients on a wide array of matters. Our commitment to the business of our clients enables the Firm to deliver timely, strategic and realistic legal advice in order to achieve the best possible commercial outcome.
