This team will then be seen time and time again so the event managers can concentrate on the main event rather than worrying about what staff will turn up. Our staff have a variety of backgrounds, but they are fluent in English and have all gone through our rigorous training scheme before they can work on site. We look after all our team so make sure they receive constructive feedback enabling them to progress to supervisor and management level if they show potential and desire.
