Elite Dance Academy was founded by Jan Stefanowski in 1978. In 1996, after 18 years at the Second Street Pike location, the studio moved to it's current 3000 square foot location on Almshouse Road. Over 500 families currently have one or more children enrolled.

The Dancing School is excited to offer this opportunity that you cannot find anywhere else! The TDS dance team promises to provide a positive environment where dancers will be part of a group dedicated to high values, achievable goals and always promoting a healthy and safe life style. Combined with positive coaching in dance team technique and performance, dancers will build self-esteem as well as make friendships that could last a lifetime! Different from other regular "studio" competition teams, each dancer will be as important as the next with the main focus being a true TEAM. Not focused on tricks, TDS Fusion focuses on sportsmanship as it should be. What's the dance? Team is a fusion of both jazz and Hip Hop style of dance. What's the class? Classes are taught in not only this style of Funky Jazz/ Hip Hop Attitude, but also classes entitled Team Building and Routine. How do you join in?
