J.A.L. Sports Management is a full service athlete representation agency licensed in the state of Florida, Tennessee and Arizona. Juan received his Master's Degree from Barry University in 2008. While pursuing his Master's Degree, Juan interned with the Miami Marlins baseball club as a Game-Day assistant with the Game Presentations and Events department. After receiving his degree Juan continued to work with the Marlins for six seasons. In his off time, Juan enjoys playing golf and fishing in the waters off of the Florida coast. Juan was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Juan is married to his wife Candy and they have four children. Juan has over 15 years of legal experience working as a paralegal in the public and private sectors. J.A.L. Sports Management will provide high quality representation to athletes in contract negotiations as well as with public relations campaigns, marketing, sponsorships, and endorsements.
