Millions of seniors navigate healthcare alone. Health inequities and social isolation affecting elderly communities aren't new. They've existed for decades, quietly eroding quality of life. Widening digital divides, limited access to healthcare, and fractured community networks have left some of the most vulnerable residents behind. COVID-19 simply made these realities impossible to ignore. JADE+ was founded to change that. We are a nonprofit dedicated to combating health inequities and social isolation among elderly residents, rebuilding the community connections that keep people healthy, seen, and heard, while driving telehealth adoption and digital health literacy that reduce care access barriers for those who need it most. We believe access to quality care shouldn't depend on your zip code, your income, or your familiarity with technology. And we believe no one should have to navigate illness, isolation, or a broken healthcare system alone, especially those who spent their lives building the communities we all benefit from today. Through community programming, technology training, and a growing network of advocates and partners, we help elderly residents stay connected, informed, and empowered, ensuring everyone has the tools and community to access the care they deserve.
