Jackfruit Network uses technology to expand credit access to East Africa's underbanked education sector. Affordable private schools educate millions of children across East Africa, yet most are too small or informal for traditional lenders. School costs — classrooms, buses, teacher salaries — can't wait for termly fee cycles. Jackfruit closes that gap. Through Jackfruit Finance, our lending arm, we have financed over ~1,000 low-fee schools in Kenya and are expanding into Uganda and Tanzania.
