We not only serves as a broker for large companies, but also frequently acts as a “secondary land department” for numerous companies who may not have the resources in-house to meet their workload. We work directly, one-on-one with our clients on a day to day basis to ensure solid communication and a quick turnaround on projects. We’re unlike many mega-brokers, where you may not know many of the employees’ names or what their responsibilities are. Because of our ideal size, we’re able to build personal relationships with our clients and allow you to communicate with the same in-house employee each time you contact us. Our field personnel are anchored by landmen with over 25 years of experience. Their expertise and knowledge are continuously handed down to our younger landmen, who often work side by side with their mentors on numerous projects. With a base crew of 75-100, we’re able to handle any project that comes through our door.
