Owners, executive chefs, and brothers Brad and Wes Ebey are both graduates from the Culinary School at Le Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As classically trained chefs, they quickly recognized the need for high-class restaurant fare in the East Texas area. Having worked in various fine dining restaurants and prestigious hotels like The Adolphus Hotel, The Four Seasons, and Cru Wine Bar for more than a decade, the brothers knew they had the expertise and fine taste necessary to introduce their home region to new possibilities of flavor, texture, and upscale atmosphere.
