Jacaranda was founded in 1954 by Brian Clouston, as a small one-man printing press operating out of an industrial suburb in Brisbane. With the now-iconic Jacaranda Atlas, we were the first to publish specifically for the Australian students, marking a turning point away from imported resources. Jacaranda has continuously pushed the boundaries and evolved. In 2008, Jacaranda pioneered digital learning in Australian with the launch of the JacPLUS portal and the first digital textbook known as eBookPLUS.
