J V Solutions is a Career management company offering temporary and permanent employment solutions to the advertising, media and brand communications industry. We deal with freelance and fulltime Account Management, Project Management and Creative Services talent. With freelancers, our aim is to give them the opportunity to work on a variety of brands with a variety of teams within a variety of cultures, both on the agency side and the client side. This gives freelancers the freedom and flexibility to engage with the company in their own time, and on their terms, creating the opportunity to eventually become permanent members of staff. Fitting personalities with cultures at the freelance project level provides a confident and relaxed approach, hopefully concluding with a very positive result for all concerned. Given the intense nature of, and pressures within advertising, media and brand communications industries our role is simply to find the right company with the right environment, aims, and most importantly - culture - for our clients.
