J. Thomas Ltd. is a full line machine and fabrication shop in Lancaster, PA offering precision machining, fabrication, welding, assembly and turnkey manufacturing solutions. We specialize in small batch runs while having the capability and capacity to produce thousands of parts and components. We offer a complete Fabrication, Welding and Assembly facility. By blending these normally separate processes, we are a true, full-service supplier to our customer base. Our market niche is the manufacture of large parts and assemblies using a variety of materials along with purchased or customer supplied components. We have extensive experience in turnkey manufacturing. Every day we are providing delivery of our customer’s complete products or turnkey systems. The company brings the experience of years of hands on fabrication, machining, and assembly experience, together with modern equipment and techniques. We have 32,000 square feet of 26 foot ceilings and two 5-ton bridge cranes. Our team members are made up of metal fabricators, machinists and quality assurance people.
