Established in 2003, we provide specialist legal services in connection with IP/Brands, Technology Law and Commercial Contract Law. We act for a huge range of interesting and exciting clients, ranging from startups, who need specialist support often on tight budgets, to global organisations (such as leading banks and online retailers). We are based outside London, so we couple legal excellence with cost effectiveness. For many clients we act effectively as in-house counsel. We advise on strategy and risk as well as handling the day to day management of contracts and legal issues, whether it be negotiating and drafting contracts or protecting and enforcing IP assets. For others, we are the first point of contact for IP or IT legal issues. We also provide those specialist services to other law firms. We are approachable, pragmatic, focused and experienced.
