Our Story: Founded in 1986 by Jim and Barbara Morrissey, J. Morrissey has been a recruiting and staffing leader in Connecticut and Massachusetts for over three decades. What began as a grassroots, “out of the kitchen” service has since grown into a recruiting powerhouse.
