Built initially for temporary staff in the event industry as www.coalition.live based on over a decade of staffing some of the finest events for some of the finest brands across the world. With the Covid 2020 lockdown and decimation of the event industry March 18th 2020 we stopped in the middle of the Tutankhamun Exhibition, we furloughed 345 staff at the time who had worked with us through our system. We then realised we had this amazing technology so applied ourselves to a rebrand and a focus on Zero Hour Contracts across other Industries. As we enter 2021 our focus is to harness the benefits of Zero Hour Contracts (Flexibility, Employment Rights, Holiday Pay, Pension) and make the management as easy as possible for the employer and create as much work as we can on the system to offer as much choice as we can for the worker.
