Ixtur is a Finnish magnet technology company. Our technology is based on bi-stable permanent magnets, which can remain in either of their two states ("hold" or "release") without using energy. The switching can be controlled either electrically or pneumatically, and it requires only a very small amount of energy. In battery-powered applications, thousands of switches are possible with one battery charge. Our magnets can be used e.g. in automation, lifting, robotic, welding and workholding applications. All products are designed and manufactured in Finland.
