IXO Grupo Information

IXO is the name of a business group which specializes in haute cuisine. The group includes the following restaurants: Mugaritz (Errenteria, Gipuzkoa), Topa Sukaldería, ni neu and Bodegón Alejandro (San Sebastian, Gipuzkoa), Nerua and Bistró Guggenheim Bilbao (Bilbao, Biscay). The aim of these restaurants is to promote the culture of gastronomy in a lively, nonconformist and idealist spirit.
