Iversen & Anderson, Inc. (formerly known as Iversen & Associates, Inc.) was formed in 1989 to provide non-resident internal audit and regulatory compliance audit services to community banks. Our intent was, and still is, to perform client audits from a banker's perspective, and not just concentrate on the numbers on the financial statements. We evaluate the systems of operating controls and how they are being managed, as well as the accuracy of the financial data. We also look at how effective and efficient those control mechanisms are and make suggestions for improvement, where appropriate. In that way, management can depend on the day-to-day operations to provide the control structure, without having to rely on a full-time auditor.
