The IVE is committed to promote value-oriented entrepreneurship. Our primary goal is to show the importance of value-oriented thinking and conduct to the young and future business workforce. We are a bridge between higher education and the business world. We are a business lab to gain experience‘ for young people. We support, motivate, take away professional inexperience and promote initiatives. It is our mission to engage with motivated companies, students in the entrepre- neurial spirit; to inspire them and support them, to be courageous and responsible at the same time. It is our institute´s mission to give students the possibility to put the theory to the test. We accomplish this by inviting leaders of successful businesses and organizations for conferences, organizing panels, workshops and seminars as well as coached full-time internships as assistants to mid and top management.
