Our mission Young people today are navigating a world full of possibilities, complexity and change. IUNO Foundation creates space for a new generation of young people to discover their potential, connect with what gives them meaning and shape their contribution to society. Our programs bring together students from higher professional education and universities who are curious about their potential and their role in the world. Through Masterclasses, Dialogue Sessions and Experiential Leadership programs, participants explore their interests, qualities and aspirations, develop awareness of their own inner compass and discover ways to bring their potential into action. We believe that when young people understand themselves, connect with others and consciously shape their contribution, personal potential can grow into social value. Our role IUNO Foundation creates space for young people to discover their potential, understand what drives them and explore what they want to bring into the world. We see development as a process of becoming aware of the qualities, interests, values and capacities that are present within you. From this awareness, young people can make conscious choices about what they want to realise and explore what is needed to bring their potential into action. Through reflection, dialogue, experience and connection with others, participants develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationship with the world around them. Personal development becomes a source of contribution, connection and social value.
