Das Kursangebot des Berner Simulations- und CPR-Zentrums (BeSiC) deckt vom Bereich Reanimation bis zur realitätsnahen Simulation sämtliche Schulungsbedürfnisse ab. Die Ausbildungssequenzen führen wir für das Personal der gesammten Insel Gruppe, für die Studierenden der Universität Bern sowie für externe Kunden (u.a. Spitäler und Rettungsdienste Kanton Bern) durch. Die Reanimationsschulungen finden im interprofessionellen und interdisziplinären Rahmen statt. Unsere erfahrenen Instruktoren sind Spezialisten im Bereich Basic Life Support (BLS) und Advanced Life Support (ALS) für Erwachsene und Kinder und vermitteln die Kurse realitätsnah und zielorientiert. Die Schulungen im Simulationszentrum ermöglichen effizientes Lernen von praktischen Fertigkeiten, Critical Incident Management und Crew Ressource Management in einer realitätsgetreuen Umgebung, ohne Patientengefährdung. Die Simulationstrainings, welche von erfahrenen Instruktoren durchgeführt werden, sind zielgruppenorientiert und in verschiedene Komplexitätsgrade unterteilt. Diese finden vorzugsweise im interprofessionellen Team statt, das die Teilnehmer auch von ihrem Arbeitsplatz her kennen.
