ITWomen is a grassroots, volunteer-based not-for-profit organization founded by senior women in the field of Technology and Engineering. Our mission is to increase the number of women in technology and engineering careers, foster career advancement through professional development and education, and provide a supportive network for women in technology. Our sister organization, the ITWomen Charitable Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)3 charity helps fulfill the mission of ITWomen. The Foundation provides Scholarship and Role Model Speakers programs to encourage girls to enter the fields of Technology and Engineering and increase the numbers of women earning technology and engineering degrees.
