Itwerx Corp is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business providing managed IT services along the I-5 corridor from Seattle to Everett - Bellevue, Lynnwood, and King and Snohomish counties. (And supporting a few companies that are in other states and virtual as well.) We have been doing this since 2005. There are ten of us, and that is the arrangement rather than an apology for one: the engineer who picks up the phone is usually the engineer who supports the thing you are calling about. Most of the organizations we work with run between 20 and 200 people and have either no IT department or a small one. We are heavily dedicated to automation, you don't like recurring problems, and neither do we! WHAT WE DO Managed IT - fully outsourced IT operations for a flat monthly fee: monitoring, helpdesk, patching and vendor management. Co-managed IT - working alongside an in-house team rather than replacing it, to fill specialist gaps, cover absence, and add capacity for defined projects. Cybersecurity - endpoint protection, access control and security monitoring. Backup and disaster recovery - backup, plus the tested ability to actually restore it, regardless of why. Business process analysis - sometimes the systems are fine and the workflow is the problem. (Automation again!) THE WORK WE TEND TO GET CALLED FOR Multi-site and supply-chain problems. Multi-branch retail. Plan distribution for the construction trades. An international steel-supply broker moved off its headquarters systems. A nationwide telecom rollout across hundreds of locations. The common thread is a business whose parts sit in different places and needs them to act unified.
