We have experience in working in some of the most demanding sectors of industry, including : Financial Sector (e.g. stockbrokers, funds managers, equity funders, asset finance) Logistics (e.g ship owners, managers and operators) At ITsynergy we are firmly committed to putting the customer first, and as such we do not operate a "Customer Service" department because we believe that the best way to resolve a complaint is through preventing it occuring in the first place. In the rare event that a complaint arises, we maintain swift and efficient resolution and escalation policies that ensure that you don't need to go chasing ten different people.
