ITSync; saying what you do and doing what you say! ITSync is a young company in the secondment market that distinguishes itself with a personal approach and open and honest communication. Our services are specialised on both ZZP'ers, and entrepreneurs without their own company, but both focused on a professional attitude towards a flexible working environment. We are not a big player, which allows us to give personal attention to 'our' consultants. There must always be clarity in advance about the conditions under which the cooperation is entered into. Managing expectations is our top priority. We also have short lines of communication with our clients, almost always directly, sometimes with a link in between. This prevents noise on the line and keeps the financial overview clear.
