Sazgar Argham Company was founded in 1990 based on strong technical and professional support and started its extensive services with the help of expert staff in IT industry. Sazgar Argham is the member of Iran's High Council of Informatics and Iranian ICT Guild Organization (IIG) and has license for industrial activities in personal computers. Now, this company is building a company that produces personal computers. Sazgar Argham Company is an inventor of warranty in Iran and supports a wide distribution network throughout of country.

Mabna started its activities on computer software, hardware, animation, and special effects in 2005. By 2012, Mabna institute, now named as “PooyaAfarin-e- Mabna”, put its main focus on Value-Added Services (VAS) in the telecommunications community. The institute has embarked on and implemented a number of projects for the Iranian government organizations such as the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) and the State Welfare Organization. It is currently considered as one of the biggest sponsors of the Iranian Premier League (IPL) By 2014 mabna decided to invest on building it's own startups.
