The It's Working Project is focused on the intersection of caregiving and work, actively shaping the American workplace in a Post-Covid world. Lovingly founded by Julia Beck, bringing 25 years of professional passion and noteworthy successes to the challenges of the American Workplace. Sharing insights and expertise via strategic planning, consulting, speaking and writing as a thought leader inspiring authentic care across sectors, populations, and generations. The It’s Working Project brings motivated and results oriented partnerships to brands, NGOs, publications and those committed to improving the caregiving landscape.
