ITOPP Information

ITOPP (ALCEN Group) is a French high-tech company specializing in High-Power Pulsed (HPP) technologies and High-Power Microwaves (HPM). Since 1997, ITOPP has been designing, developing and building unique, tailor-made systems for the Defense and Security, nuclear deterrence and Energy sectors. HPP technologies make it possible to store and release very large amounts of electrical energy in extremely short pulses. They are used in a wide range of applications, including energy test benches, flash X-ray systems for material studies and lightning vulnerability testing. HPM technologies enable the remote neutralization of electronic systems, particularly for counter-drone applications. Based in Thégra, in the Lot region of France, ITOPP brings together nearly 75 employees, with engineering offices, workshops and experimental facilities all located on the same site. Our teams are involved at every stage of a project, from design through to testing and installation at the customer’s site.
