A different recruitment agency experience. Welcome to ITIVA — the recruitment partner with a different approach. Having experience both in staffing agencies and in-house recruitment for companies known worldwide, we know why some internal HR teams stay away from agencies. And we are eager to change this perception. We have our own R&D Department. To provide both our partners and candidates with a great experience, we need to be sure all our processes are smooth. Since ready-made tools that meet our requirements are not available, we created our own R&D Department to develop them from scratch. We test these tools in-house and receive feedback from our geek Recruitment Team. Our products are still in development so let`s keep in touch! We do not promise to fill a position within a week. This does not mean that we can't. However, our recruiters focus on quality and scrupulously study the Job Profile as well as a candidate's experience. As noted above – we are geeks.
