"The Spirit of the Finger Lakes", Ithaca Beer Co. was founded in 1998 by Dan Mitchell and is New York State's 6th largest craft brewery. Ithaca Beer Co.'s brands are distributed in 15 states plus Washington, DC., and has a popular farm-to-table brewpub at its growing brewery in Ithaca, New York. The Taproom highlights Ithaca Beer products along with locally sourced ingredients. In 2021 a second “Taproom” was opened in Collegetown, adjacent to the Cornell University campus.
