Iterategy is an AI operations consultancy. It works with owner-operated businesses to find where AI belongs in the way they run, and builds it. The firm's core service is the AI Operations Audit, a fixed-price written assessment of a business's day-to-day operations: where time and money go to manual work, which of those problems AI can take over, what each change is worth, and in what order to make them. Clients receive it within seven business days. Beyond the audit, Iterategy designs and builds the changes it recommends, so a client is not handed a report and left to find a vendor. Iterategy runs on the same principle it sells. Its research, analysis, drafting, website and monitoring are carried out by AI coworkers, directed and reviewed by a person before anything reaches a client.
