ITCARD S.A. is a leading Polish company specialising in the outsourcing of payment services, card services and ATM management, which has now joined the SIBS Group. Founded in 2008, it provides payment processing outsourcing services to banks and financial institutions, covering ATMs, POS terminals, card issuance, online transactions and mobile applications. The ITCARD Group operates the Planet Cash ATM network and the Planet Pay POS terminal network, with a presence in Poland and the Czech Republic. By the end of 2025, ITCARD was managing 7,955 ATMs, 134,120 POS terminals and 2,5 million cards and 25 million 3DS cards, having processed over 975 million transactions worth 348 billion PLN. Following its integration into the SIBS Group, ITCARD will now benefit from SIBS’s scale and global expertise - a European leader in payment technology with over four decades of history, operating across four continents and processing more than 17 billion transactions a year.
