IT Process Maps GbR Information

IT Process Maps' focus is on the provision of best-practice know-how for service providers. We started with offering a process model for ITIL® and ISO 20000 (the ITIL® Process Map) to help IT service providers with understanding the principles behind ITIL and designing their ITIL-aligned processes and documents. The ITIL® Process Map has successfully passed a thorough review by AXELOS, resulting in the awarding of the "ITIL® Licensed Product" logo. Our approach to presenting the ITIL concepts in the form of process diagrams has been well received and is used by hundreds of organizations world-wide. These organizations are generally in favor of service management best practice and convinced of its benefits, but many also asked, "couldn't this be a bit less complex?". It was this apparent need for something simpler which sparked the creation of YaSM and a YaSM process model (the YaSM® Process Map): YaSM is a streamlined process model for enterprise service management (ESM), ISO 20000 and ITSM; it is based on existing best practice such as ITIL but was created from scratch to give it a clear and easily understood structure. Our ITIL / YaSM products are available for a variety of platforms, such as Microsoft Visio®, ARIS® and BIC®.
