Dave Diprose (Owner) spent 6 years as the IT Administrator for Odyssey House. During this time he was responsible for, and helped grow from around 100 users to over 150 users, 130 Computers and laptops, over 10 servers and had 10 remotes sites all linked together with VPN connections across broadband connections of differing types. IT Performance can design, implement and maintain corporate networks, servers, computers and user solutions that fit your company and the way you want to work. IT Performance has an internet based help-desk that users can use to submit IT based queries, that managers can access to see how work is progressing. This is an industry standard help-desk which can be accessed via a web browser or email client. IT Performance can put in place Server and PC monitoring and remote support. This allows for proactive notifications when server resources are becoming low or even hardware failure. Systems reports can be generated to see where your systems may need extra care or upgrading. Remote support to all machines means that no matter where they user is, if they are connected to the internet we can fix their issues. IT Performance has worked to implement backup power generators to allowed continued operation, even in extended power outages.
