IT-Mindset is an IT management consultant company that seeks to improve and strengthen the way the company works with IT. Our consultants have extensive experience from larger international companies. The consultants experience span from IT-support to IT-strategies over IT-development, hosting, outsourcing etc. Our primary competencies are within IT-management, IT strategy and governance including programme- and project management. We seek to develop governance models that take its offset in the company’s strengths. While doing this ensuring that weaknesses will be removed. This is done through strong process controls including process optimizations. Most importantly we work in a diplomatic way and seek to establish and maintain good relations with our clients and their employees.
