We work hard to ensure that our product selection, product availability, reliable delivery, and superior customer service work together to create a great shopping experience. We also want our customers to feel confident that IsoStore consistently offers great savings. For this reason, we offer our Low Total Price Guarantee. If you find a lower advertised price on an in-stock new identical product from an Authorized Reseller, before or within 10 days of your purchase, show us and we will match it plus give you an additional 50% of the price difference as a credit to your purchase. An eligible price match must include the competitor's product price plus applicable taxes plus shipping and handling charges for the same delivery service (i.e. same day, next day, ground, etc.). Prices must be in U.S. dollars. If the price match is from a competitor's internet site, we must be able to replicate the total price using their web store checkout system. An identical product is a new, unopened and unused product with the same manufacturer and manufacturer part number. An advertised price is defined as a copy of a current dated advertisement, original receipt, catalog page, or competitor web page. The price guarantee does not apply to "limited qualities", "while supplies last", "clearance", "close-outs", or "bankruptcies". We do not match typographical errors. An Authorized Reseller is a retailer that the manufacturer willingly sells to (typically, unauthorized dealers do not offer legal warranties and/or packaging). Requests submitted by email must include your name, contact information, product(s) being matched, and a copy of the competitor's advertisement or internet hyperlink.
