Our Managing Director, Alan Borchardt, founded the company in 2003, following a distinguished career as a Safety and Loss Control Officer at various blue-chip companies. Recognizing a need in the industry for comprehensive solutions to manage health and safety, while navigating the complex web of legislation and compliance requirements, he established the company with the aim of offering flexible and effective services to clients. The company's training division was subsequently launched a few years later, in response to the absence of training providers offering site and risk-specific training to meet clients' unique risk profiles. Today, our company is accredited by HWSETA, TETA, and the Department of Labour, reflecting our commitment to delivering top-quality services and training that meet and exceed industry standards.
