We have 5 objectives: 1. Conduct Clinical Practice Improvement studies to develop protocols that increase the quality and decrease the cost of health care. 2. Perform data definition, data collection, and statistical analyses. 3. Implement Clinical Practice Improvement protocols and evaluate their impact. 4. Conduct training workshops on Clinical Practice Improvement methodology. 5. Provide state-of-the-art patient severity of illness software and data collection tools. Our Clients include Hospitals, clinician groups, managed care organizations, pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, insurers, employers, business coalitions, clinical research organizations, government agencies, and researchers.
