ISIS Capital Management, LLC is the general partner and manager of the ISIS Special Situations Fund, LP (“ISIS”). ISIS works with established financial firms such as private equity, venture capital and family offices to create value and liquidity for their non-performing assets in the software sector. We do so by taking an active role in board activities and operational management of those assets for our clients and only make money from our partners and investors when we are successful at creating value for them. We have a significant portion of our personal assets invested in ISIS, and therefore share in the risks and rewards of ownership. ISIS seeks to realize significant capital appreciation by using our unique operating methodology and deep knowledge of the enterprise software sector to create and execute strategies for non-performing companies.
