The President of ISEA TEK, Dr. Michael Hirsch, has spent the past 17+ years developing innovative technical solutions for both defense and commercial problems. Dr. Hirsch worked for AMPAC Technologies from 1996 - 2001, and Raytheon Company from 2001 - 2013. During this time, Dr. Hirsch led small and large research teams, developing mathematical models, algorithms, and prototype code.
