Iscon Balaji Foods is a leading manufacturer and exporter of frozen potato products and dehydrated flakes since 2012. With a vertically integrated farm-to-fork model, IBF leads both B2B and exports in processed food in India. IBF’s value chain spans end-to-end operations from contract farming, potato processing and production of French Fries and potato specialties, to marketing its food brands. IBF has grown from strength to strength and gained repeat customers in India and beyond. IBF derives its revenues from three business verticals -- domestic B2B (HoReCa channel), exports to over 20 countries in South, South-East Asia and MENA, and the recently added consumer business.   Through its agri-business division, IBF sources best-in-class potatoes of Indian and European origin via contractual agreement with 8,000+ farmers. IBF is a company with a “Farmer’s Heart”. IBF agronomists educate farmer partners on sustainable agriculture, soil health, potato crop quality, and minimizing water usage to maintain balance in the farm eco-system and minimize impact on the local ecology. IBF currently processes more than 400 million kilograms of potatoes per season for dehydrated flakes and frozen potato products across four manufacturing locations in India. IBF commissioned India’s biggest frozen French Fries factory in 2023, becoming the largest manufacturer of French Fries in India. IBF is currently in the process of commissioning its third flakes production facility. IBF’s B2B product portfolio consists of French Fries, hashbrowns, potato shots, patties, and flakes.  The consumer-facing business of IBF comprises its premium frozen foods brand Hungritos. Crafted with finesse, the novel range comprising French Fries, Aloo Popcorn, Corn Cheese Burstz, Cheese Corn Chalks, and Potato Mojjos, has made an entry into India and Malaysia.     IBF has scaled up and has 2,500 employees and continues to recruit top talent from the industry.
