iSchool Virtual Academy of Texas Information

iSchool Virtual Academy is a fully-accredited, ResponsiveEd®, tuition-free online public school for students in grades 3-12 across the state of Texas. iSchool Virtual Academy gives your family access to the curriculum, the online learning platform, and Texas state-certified teachers to help your student receive the support he or she needs to be successful. Families will need to purchase school supplies for some courses, just as they would in a brick-and-mortar classroom. Any optional field trips organized by the school's local community coordinators would be the only other outside expense. iSchool Virtual Academy uses the BrightThinker curriculum. Students can learn at home, on the road, or wherever they have an Internet connection. Attendance, teacher interaction, and daily lessons are conducted online. Students and their Learning Coaches work together with teachers to facilitate learning and achieve the academic goals set in each student's personalized plan for learning.
