The International Research Symposium in Service Management (IRSSM) is a global community of scholars, mentors, and institutions dedicated to advancing service research and education. Founded in 2010 under the Service Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) Initiative, IRSSM has grown from a single annual symposium into a vibrant international network with dedicated chapters in India, the Middle East & Africa, and now expanding into South America. Our mission is to empower researchers at every stage to produce quality, impactful research. We do this through: A yearly membership model that provides access to training, mentorship, and collaborative opportunities. Workshops, seminars, and keynote sessions delivered by leading global scholars. A strong mentor base of top researchers from world-renowned universities. Partnerships with prestigious institutions that host our annual symposiums, where next-level discussions on service management and cross-disciplinary research take place.
