Don Andrews is the President and Senior Benefits Specialist for IRONWealth Ltd., an advisor in the industry for the past 10 years. His combined educational backgrounds in both Kinesiology (University of Waterloo) and Economics (University of Western) are an ideal foundation for his work. Attention to detail, accuracy under pressure and conservative behaviour in complex situations are hallmarks of his current popularity with clients in the practice. He is capably supported by a team of administration, technical and underwriting specialists whose teamwork and follow-through are setting new standards of service excellence in building lifetime relationships with an expanding client base. “IRONWealth Ltd.”, came into existence as a result of Don’s semi-professional racing careers in both Cycling and Triathlon. He continues to race Ironman and applies the same discipline and focus to his work. Don is a firm believer in carrying Proverbs into your work, “ As Iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another”. This level of focus and discipline has become the ethos of his organization. Don is happily married to Kim and they are the proud parents of two enthusiastic children, Cadence and Emmerson. Away from the business, he enjoys his time training for Ironman, travelling with the family and making time for the occasional glass of fine red wine at the barbeque.
