Ironside Recruitment was founded in 2012 by Glen Ferrarotto, and is still to this day owned and staffed by veterans. In 2016, Ironside Recruitment was acquired by Aspen Medical and now sits as a subsidiary within the Aspen Medical Group with Glenn Keys OA holding position as Chair of the Ironside Recruitment Board.
