At Ironbox engineering we design, engineer, and manufacture solutions for industry. Services include (but are not limited to): Design/Engineering: • 2D and 3D CAD mechanical design. • Reverse engineering of existing components. • Production equipment development and improvement. • Prototype and proof of concept design. Manufacture service: Our broad range of machining capability helps us to manufacture mechanical parts with ease and to a high standard of quality. The Ironbox manufacturing facility has the following machining capabilities: • Vertical machining centres, 3 x axis with 1350mm x 600mm working envelope. • Vertical machining centre, 5 x axis with Ø500mm working envelope. • Turning centre with bar feeder and mill capability. 66mm through spindle, maximum turning size of Ø300mm. To maximize the capabilities of our VMC we use the latest advanced CAM software, which allows us to machine very detailed and complex parts with great precision. Assemble, repair and test: • Assembly of manufactured components. • Service/repair of mechanical and electrical industrial equipment. • Testing and commissioning of components/machinery. Other Services: As part of our value-adding service we have developed relationships with like-minded sub-contract suppliers that help us with. • Fabrication. • Surface treatment.. • Heat treatment.
