January 24 th 2019 We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of mops and cleaning equipment to the health and care industry. Many of our prospective clients are large, busy hospitals who like to 'trial' our products to test and prove their effectiveness. Following one such 'trial' we were very surprised to find that rather than launder the used durable mops in-house the hospital decided to bag the mops and send them back to our offices. I found Iron It on line and immediately gave them a call. Helen and Ian were extremely friendly and efficient on first contact and the excellent service continued from there on. Ian was knowledgeable and talked me through his processes, the 120 mops were removed from site that day, and returned clean and fresh the morning after.
