Founded in 2018 by Deborah Mayer, Iron Dames is a long-term global movement built on elite performance and guided by purpose. Born in motorsport and later expanded into equestrian sport, Iron Dames demonstrates that talent has no gender. Competing in some of the world’s most demanding arenas, the Iron Dames continue to reach new milestones at the highest levels of international sport.
