(IRMS) was founded in 1989 to fulfill our founder’s vision for protecting clients’ financial interests by providing them with comprehensive and professional risk management products and services. George R. Schmelzle knew from the first day that fully understanding clients’ businesses, goals and aspirations was key to optimum protection of their interests. Unique within the insurance industry, we understand that offering insurance products is just one element of a larger process known as Risk Management.
