Paddy’s friend who lives in New York was due to come home for his 30th birthday, but due to COVID-19 that wasn’t possible. Paddy still wanted to make him feel like he was back in Ireland, so he had a plan. First off, he boxed up all his favourite Irish snacks into a hamper and shipped it off to the states. Next, he organised a video message from his favourite player on the Dundalk FC team.With that, irishify was born.
